Expert support in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Our services include claims analysis, forensic delay and quantum assessments, expert witness support, and the preparation of detailed reports and documentation.

Providing Quantity Surveying services to ensure that project quantities are accurate, costs are reasonable, and contracts are negotiated fairly. This shall include the preparation of detailed bills of quantities, cost estimates, and contract documents along with providing the service during the project course for commercial scope.

Developing and implementing cost control systems and procedures and carrying out the Project budget along with the enterprise Cost Codes, and tracking project costs and ensuring that they remain within budget.This will include regular monitoring of expenses, reviewing invoices, and negotiating with suppliers and contractors to reduce costs wherever possible. Our services also include regular reports on project cost status and recommend any necessary changes to keep the project on track

Providing Enterprise and Project Risk Management Services within Construction Projects relating to risk identification, risk analysis (both quantitative or qualitative), risk evaluation and risk mitigation in line with the applicable international standards, namely ISO 31000, to its prospective clients.

Carrying out all components related to tender preparation including quantity measurements and take offs, preparation and review of BOQs and Material Take Offs as well as preparing the entire Tender package prior to submission.
