Working with Clients and Project Stakeholders from the pre award phase in preparing a detailed tender programme along with all the needed requirements and supporting during the Post tender qualification phase (PTQ) going through post award phase in developing a detailed project claim oriented baseline programme, including a timeline, budget, and resource allocation. The plan will be regularly updated and monitored to reflect any changes to the project scope, budget, or timeline along with providing insight analysis, Progress measurement systems and KPIs and the needed reports in addition to any internal, recovery and/or revised programmes.
Working with the client in the pre award phase in addressing the Contract threats and opportunities and responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with Employers and/ or contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as the case may be. And during the post award phase our service includes preparation of contract templates, reviewing contracts for terms and conditions as well as contract administration and preparation of and/or replying on Projects correspondence.
Providing support and guidance to project stakeholders in the event of any claims arising from the construction project. This includes preparation of claims, including cause and effect, delay analysis, quantum assessment and overall Claim write-up, including the discussions and negotiations with Employers and lower tier subcontractors as the case may be.

Providing support and guidance to its clients in any litigation and arbitration proceeding, relating to delay analysis, commercial, contracts and cost calculations and provide its expertise as necessary.

Providing Quantity Surveying services to ensure that project quantities are accurate, costs are reasonable, and contracts are negotiated fairly. This shall include the preparation of detailed bills of quantities, cost estimates, and contract documents along with providing the service during the project course for commercial scope.

Developing and implementing cost control systems and procedures and carrying out the Project budget along with the enterprise Cost Codes, and tracking project costs and ensuring that they remain within budget.This will include regular monitoring of expenses, reviewing invoices, and negotiating with suppliers and contractors to reduce costs wherever possible. Our services also include regular reports on project cost status and recommend any necessary changes to keep the project on track

Providing Enterprise and Project Risk Management Services within Construction Projects relating to risk identification, risk analysis (both quantitative or qualitative), risk evaluation and risk mitigation in line with the applicable international standards, namely ISO 31000, to its prospective clients.

Carrying out all components related to tender preparation including quantity measurements and take offs, preparation and review of BOQs and Material Take Offs as well as preparing the entire Tender package prior to submission.
